  First off the price is definitely one of the better in the area. Now that that is said, let me say.... you get what you pay for. 1st off, the hot tub was underfilled and barely worked. The lights wouldnt come on and the buttons were inoperable. You would have to randomly push the control button and hope it came on. It was either blowing the jets super hard or not at all. There was a broken piece on the back of hot tube that would shoot water up about 1 1/2 feet into the air. 2nd, the gas grill was barely functioning and filthy. 3rd, the kitchen wear was lacking. Only 3 forks and like 5 spoons for a family cabin..... tiny little pot for any kind of cooking. Broken items...... dont advertise as including these items if it isnt true. The items they did provide were off the cheapest chinsiest value. The spoon for scooping was barely able to stir a little bit of noodles without completly bending. Just all around crappy kitchen wear. Bring your own stuff for sure. 4th, no sand pit for kids even though advertised as having one. Also no bean bags for the cornhole game. 5th, and probably the biggest issue, i got bed bug bites while staying here. I am praying we didnt bring any of these nasty bugs home. I would not stay here again and i would not recomend this place to anyone. Iam now being questioned by an "associate" who is demanding my info and refusing to tell me much more then they are an "associate" of the business...
